I had a generally pleasant stay at Nh Collection Hamburg City, enjoying the modern and clean environment, though my checkout experience left a bit to be desired. The suite I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. However, the rudeness of the receptionist during checkout overshadowed some of the positives. Overall, I might return due to the excellent facilities and location, but I'd hope for better service next time.
